Estimates
|
These figures display the expected financial outcome based upon:
- The estimate, including time, expenses, and purchases.
- The forecast outcome based on work hours.
- The forecast outcome based on work scheduled.

| Actuals/Realization
|
These figures display the current actual financial performance of the job.

| Billing and Final Profit
|
These figures display the billing and profit. There are two measures of profit:
- Profit in Progress is the value of the work done to date less the costs incurred.
- Profit as Billed is what the profit calculation changes to after the job is marked as
Billing Complete. The profit is then the total income less total costs.
Marking a job as
Billing Complete finalizes your profit figures. TrafficLIVE writes off any unbilled amounts, whereas using
Profit in Progress does not, and is, therefore, somewhat of an incomplete picture.
